Victoria supports individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum. She offers trauma-informed care for concerns such as overwhelming emotions, intrusive thoughts, grief, and the lasting impacts of difficult past experiences, providing a grounded and compassionate space for healing and growth.

Victoria is a Registered Psychotherapist and holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University. She works from a trauma-informed approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She also integrates elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices.

Victoria works with adults and youth (16+) in individual therapy. Her goal is to help you better understand how your experiences may be shaping your present thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, while supporting you in processing difficult events, building effective coping skills, and moving toward meaningful change.

Victoria has a passion for working with First Responders and Public Safety Personnel, she understands that the demands of your work are unique and seeking out mental health support is a vulnerable process.
